Checking out at Shapes Wardrobe takes about a minute, and your card details never reach us. This is how payment works behind the scenes.
Encrypted connection
shapeswardrobe.com runs on a 128-bit SSL encrypted connection. Your card number, address and contact details are encrypted in your browser before they are sent. The padlock next to the web address confirms this.

The full amount is charged when you place your order.
Currency
All prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD), for customers in both Australia and New Zealand. The total is shown at checkout before you confirm. If your card is held in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and any conversion fee; we do not.
PCI DSS certified processing
Card payments are handled by a payment provider certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), the international standard for storing, transmitting and protecting card data.
What we can see
Your order, your delivery and billing details, and the last four digits of the card you used. We never see your full card number or security code, and nothing else is stored on our side. Your details are never sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Authorisations and declined payments
Your bank may place a temporary hold on the amount while the payment is processed. If a payment is declined, no order is created and your bank releases the hold, usually within a few business days. Check your card details or contact your bank before trying again.
Pricing errors
They are rare, but they can happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we contact you before it ships. You can continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Fraud checks
Orders flagged as high risk by our payment provider may be held for verification, or cancelled and refunded. Occasionally we email you to confirm a detail before we hand your parcel to Australia Post or NZ Post.
Refunds
Refunds always go back to your original payment method. Timeframes and conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
