Track Your Order

Every order ships fully tracked with Australia Post or NZ Post. As soon as the carrier scans your parcel, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow it.

Where is my tracking number?

Check the dispatch email we sent you (look in your promotions or spam folder too). The tracking number is also shown in your order confirmation once the parcel has shipped.

Tracking not updating?

It can take a few business days after dispatch for the first scan to appear; that is normal. If nothing has changed for 10 business days, email info@shapeswardrobe.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

Delivery times are in our Shipping Policy: packing takes 1–2 business days, transit 4–8 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
