Shapes Wardrobe is operated by ATTOH COMMERCE LTD. This policy explains which personal information we collect when you shop with us, why we need it, who we share it with and what choices you have. We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Last revised: 3 October 2026.
Information you provide
Your name, delivery address and billing address. Your email address and phone number, so we and the carrier can contact you. Your order details and order history. And anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit shapeswardrobe.com we collect technical information such as your device and browser, an approximate location based on your IP address, the pages you view, how long you stay and the website that referred you. We use cookies and similar technologies for this.
Payment details
Your card details go directly to our payment provider's secure systems. We never see or store your full card number; we only see the last four digits and whether the payment was successful.
How we use your information
To process your order and hand it to Australia Post or NZ Post. To send order confirmations, dispatch emails and tracking links. To answer your questions and handle returns. To detect and prevent fraud. To understand which products sell so we can improve our range. And to send marketing emails, but only if you have signed up for them.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the store: Shopify as our platform, our payment provider, Australia Post and NZ Post as our carriers, our email and order-tracking tools, and our analytics provider. Beyond that, we only share information when the law requires it. We never sell your information or share it with others for their own marketing.
Where your information is stored
Some of our providers operate outside Australia and New Zealand, including in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. Each of them must protect your information to an appropriate standard.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them to handle your order and meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe. Everything else is deleted once we no longer need it.
Cookies
Cookies keep your cart intact between pages, remember your preferences and show us how the site is used. Essential cookies cannot be turned off without breaking checkout. You can block or delete all other cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in. Every email contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Emails about an order you placed are part of handling that order and continue to be sent.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete information we no longer need, or opt out of marketing at any time. Email info@shapeswardrobe.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can put things right. If you are not satisfied with our response, customers in Australia can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, and customers in New Zealand the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Children
Shapes Wardrobe is a store for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If a child has given us their details, let us know and we will delete them.
Security
We use encrypted connections, restrict internal access and work only with vetted providers. No online system is completely secure, but we take every reasonable measure to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
