Orders & delivery
Where do you deliver?
Australia and New Zealand, to street addresses (not PO Boxes or parcel lockers). Shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days; order before 6:00 PM AEST and yours joins that day's queue. Transit with Australia Post or NZ Post takes 4–8 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. You can also check it any time on our Track Your Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 30 minutes of placing it. Email us straight away with your order number. After that your order is already being packed and you can return it once it arrives.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags attached, no restocking fee. Change-of-mind returns are sent back at your cost; faulty or wrong items are on us. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I exchange for another size?
The quickest way is to return the item and place a new order. You can also ask for store credit to use later.
When do I get my refund?
Within 10 business days of your return arriving, back to your original payment method.

How do I pick the right size?
Every product page has a size guide with measurements in cm and inches. Between sizes? Email us and we'll help.
Do you sell both women's and men's clothing?
Yes. Shapes Wardrobe is a store for women and men, with pieces chosen for fit, fabric and how they hold up.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely in AUD.
How does Stack & Save work?
Add 2 pieces for 10% off, 3 for 15% or 4 or more for 20%. Mix and match across the whole store; the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
