Who can order
You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and delivery details.
Product information
We describe and measure every product carefully. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small differences between production batches are normal for clothing and footwear. Limited items may not be restocked.
Prices
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include tax. Customers in New Zealand also pay in AUD; your bank sets any exchange rate. Prices can change, but the price shown when you complete checkout is the price you pay.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email means we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. The contract is formed when we hand your parcel to Australia Post or NZ Post. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, a price was incorrect or a payment does not pass our checks. In that case you receive a full refund.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. More details are in our Payment & Transactions policy.
Delivery
Packing times, carriers and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. They reflect normal performance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Discounts and promotions
Our Stack & Save discount is applied automatically at checkout. Discount codes are only valid for their stated period, have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. We may end a promotion at any time; orders already placed are not affected.
Our content
All photos, text, graphics, logos and page designs on this site belong to ATTOH COMMERCE LTD or its licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the store, try to access systems you are not authorised to use, scrape our content or use the store for anything unlawful.
Reviews and content you send us
When you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm that it is yours to share and allow us to display it in connection with the store. We remove anything offensive, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.
Links to other websites
Links to other sites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Consumer guarantees and liability
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Nothing in these terms limits, removes or changes those guarantees or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond those rights, and as far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, industrial action, carrier disruptions or government measures. If such an event substantially delays your order, you can cancel it for a full refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not affect your rights under the mandatory consumer law of Australia or New Zealand, whichever applies to you, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
