WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship worldwide and provide complimentary standard shipping for all US order of $100.
Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your shipment (excludes weekends and holidays). Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order.
If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and add shapes.wardrobe@gmail.com to your safe sender list or email us the name and email you ordered under. Shapes Wardrobe is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.
Please Note: SHAPES WARDROBE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event your package has been lost of stolen please visit your local post office or call 1800-ASK-USPS. By completing a purchase with SHAPES WARDROBE you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy.
DOES SHAPES WARDROBE ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Yes. But only for store credit. Please read the description and measurements carefully BEFORE purchasing, as we do not accept returns.
Your satisfaction is important to us - we will gladly process a return for store credit if you are not satisfied with your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that any items such as bodysuits, intimates or bathing suits are final sale will not be eligible for a return. A return will not be processed for any items that appear worn, stained, or damaged, and your package will be sent back to you. We take pride in sending our customer's pieces with the utmost quality, and we ask that we receive all returns in the same condition.
YOU MUST BE APPROVED FOR A RETURN BEFORE SENDING BACK YOUR PURCHASE OR THE ITEMS WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU. PLEASE EMAIL US AT RETURNS@SHAPESWARDROBE.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER INCLUDED AND THE ITEM YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN. IF YOUR PURCHASE EXCEEDS 15 DAYS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES TAKE 3 WEEKS TO PROCESS. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES & MUST INCLUDE TRACKING INFO TO RETURNED PACKAGE.
We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that it was received or the return will be denied and sent back.
